How We Got Here

It started with a simple observation: most businesses pay for Microsoft 365 but barely use 10% of what it offers.

Matt and David Hubacher saw it everywhere — companies running on spreadsheets and email chains when they had powerful tools sitting right there, included in the subscription they were already paying for. Custom apps, automated workflows, real-time dashboards, intelligent intranets — all possible, all untouched.

So they did something about it.

Fireside Cloud Solutions was founded to close that gap. We help businesses unlock the full potential of the Microsoft platform — building solutions that save time, reduce errors, and make teams more effective. Not with bloated enterprise projects that take months. With focused, practical tools that solve real problems fast.

We named the company Fireside because that's how we work. We sit down with you, learn how your business runs, and build solutions around your reality — not a one-size-fits-all template. It's personal. It's practical. And it works.

Matt Hubacher

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Matt is a developer with over a decade of experience building solutions on the Microsoft platform. From Power Apps and Power Automate to SharePoint and Azure, he's built everything from simple workflow automations to complex enterprise systems. He got into this work because he genuinely enjoys solving problems with technology — and because he got tired of watching businesses struggle with tools that weren't built for them.

When he's not building apps, Matt is usually exploring new features in the Power Platform or figuring out how to make something work that probably shouldn't. He believes the best solutions are the ones people actually want to use.

David Hubacher

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

David is a developer who builds on the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 stack. He's hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the full suite of tools that make businesses run better. He got into this because he saw too many companies paying for software they weren't using — and he knew he could help fix that.

David brings a sharp eye for understanding what clients actually need, not just what they ask for. He's the kind of developer who asks "why" before writing a single line of code — because the best solution is the one that solves the real problem.
